ILS Ltd is a New Zealand registered company set up in 2007 to bring Indonesian workers to NZ who have been recruited by registered Indonesian labour agency PT Binamandiri. The agency is based in Malang, East Java.

Duncan Graham started his working life on dairy farms in Britain after leaving agricultural college. In Western Australia he helped run a 280-hectare sheep farm. For the past seven years he has lived in Indonesia and has post-graduate qualifications in inter-cultural communication.
Erlinawati worked in human relations in banks in Indonesia and as a translator before moving to NZ in 2007 to help start ILS. She is a published author and has permanent residency status in NZ.
